Member of the Board of Directors (Voluntary)

Closing Date: 14 September 2019

Role

Nevis Group Scotland is excited to announce that we are seeking to appoint at least four skilled and committed members of our Board of Trustees to help us to grow and develop.

Who is Nevis?

Nevis is an organisation led by people with lived experience of the Scottish care system, dedicated to the equalisation of the labour market, for those who have grown up in some form of care – ‘People with Care Experience’.

We do this in two ways.  We work with businesses to identify and overcome barriers that may otherwise prevent meaningful, long-term employment for people with care experience.  We also work with individuals with care experience to help them overcome any personal barriers that may be holding them back from gaining meaningful employment and success in life.
